Chris Williams

Experience

Chris Williams has 25+ years of experience in financial services and leadership. He has been a member of a credit union since childhood.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Banking from York College of Pennsylvania. Chris joined Henrico FCU as Operations Manager in 1996. In 2001, he was named President/CEO. During his tenure, he has led many initiatives focused on improving member experience. 

Chris passionately cares about the credit union’s people helping people philosophy. He supports the credit union movement and has been an active leader in the Richmond Chapter of Credit Unions, serving as both a vice president and president. He is also a strong supporter of the Virginia Credit Union League, serving as secretary, treasurer and currently the immediate past chair.
