Jason Ritter

Experience

Jason Ritter has 21+ years of experience in financial services and management. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has held various roles within retail banking from part-time teller to his current role as Senior Vice President of Member Experience. He has experience in managing sales, operations, member-service, lending and business development for community financial institutions. 

Jason joined Henrico FCU as Vice President of Retail in June 2013.  He accepted his current role as Senior Vice President of Member Experience in May 2017. He provides leadership to the member-centered functions of the credit union. This encompasses the Branches, Contact Center, Marketing, Lending, Business Development, Asset Protection and Financial Education. Jason also serves actively in the Virginia Credit Union League as co-chair for the Legislative Committee of the Richmond Chapter of Credit Unions.
