Experience

Jennifer Yocke has 25+ years of financial services experience, serving as a Switchboard Operator, Support Representative, Executive Assistant, HR Manager and, now, the Vice President of Administration. Jennifer holds two Bachelor degrees from the Saint Leo University - Business Administration and Human Resources Administration.  She later achieved her PHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute, SHRM – Certified Professional designation, and the NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer (NCCO) designation.

She joined Henrico FCU as an Executive Assistant in March 2005.  Today, she oversees a variety of back-office support roles, including human resources, facilities, operations, fraud and compliance.
