A new mobile app experience is Here

Henrico FCU has made it even easier for you to bank on the go with our new mobile app. It’s a fast, free and secure way to manage your accounts at the credit union with your Apple™ or Android™ device!
Our new mobile app will go live beginning December 5. Here's what you can expect during the app update process:

  • Apple users - If you currently have the Henrico FCU Mobile App downloaded on your mobile device, your app should update automatically or prompt you to update your app
  • Android users - You will be required to go to the Google Play store and manually download the replacement app. We recommend deleting the old app prior to downloading the replacement app
  • By December 11, all Henrico FCU Mobile Banking users MUST migrate to the new app
  • If you do not receive an automatic app update notification, use the buttons below to visit the App Store or the Google Play Store to manually update your app

Ready to get started using your new mobile app?

Follow these 4 easy steps. 

Get started 1

Visit Henrico FCU Internet Banking. Create a username and password. Select and answer your security questions.
*If you currently use Henrico FCU Internet Banking, skip to Step 2.

Update your current app or download the Henrico FCU app from the App Store or the Android Market Store.

Open the app and log in with the same username and password you use to access Henrico FCU Internet Banking.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if my mobile device is lost or stolen? 

Please call us at 804-271-0181 to place a fraud alert on your membership. Additionally, please login to Henrico FCU Internet Banking and change your password and security questions.

Will I be able to transfer to other members accounts on the app? 

Yes. Once you login to the app, select the Transfers option from the dropdown menu. Click on Transfer to Other Member and follow the instructions provided on the screen.

Will my username be the same on the app and Internet Banking? 

Yes. Your username and password on the Mobile Banking App is the same username and password you use to login to Internet Banking.

Can I pay bills using the mobile app? 

Yes, Henrico FCU Bill Pay is available in Mobile Banking. Login to the app and select Bill Pay from the dropdown menu. Follow the intsructions to add, edit, or delete payees, pay bills, or view your bill pay history.

I still have questions about Mobile Banking. Can I call someone for more help? 

Yes! You can call us with additional questions at 804-271-0181 and select the Mobile Banking prompt.
