Henrico Federal Credit Union ("HFCU") is a federally chartered, NCUA-insured credit union and direct lender serving members in the greater Richmond, Virginia area. HFCU is not a broker, aggregator, or third-party marketing organization. 

In accordance with the Agreements and Disclosures for membership at HFCU, and by providing a mobile phone number, consent is given to receive text (SMS) messages from HFCU. Messages may be sent through an automated system or by an HFCU employee regarding accounts and services provided by HFCU. For example, a Financial Service Representative may send a text message requesting additional documentation or providing a status update on an application.

Messages may include account notifications, payment reminders, fraud alerts, two-factor authentication codes, member service communications, and marketing messages regarding HFCU products and services.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Consent to receive automated text messages may be revoked at any time by (1) calling 804.262.0290, (2) submitting written correspondence to Henrico Federal Credit Union, ATTN: Contact Center, 9401 West Broad Street, Henrico, Virginia 23294, or (3) sending a reply text message with "STOP." An opt-out request may generate either a confirmation text message or a request for clarification regarding the specific credit union text messaging service to which the opt-out applies (if consent has been provided for more than one service). To complete the opt-out process, the requested clarification must be provided. Revocation of consent to receive automated marketing text messages from HFCU does not revoke consent previously provided for automated text messages related to a specific transaction, such as a loan application.
