As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with Credit Union standards. You will be the senior member of the team, providing expertise and guidance to ensure best practices are followed. You will manage the maintenance and operations of our facilities, monitor ATM transaction activity, and conduct branch audits. You'll also serve as the primary point of contact in the Manager’s absence and support the Operations Manager with various tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and operations of all Credit Union facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • ATM Operations Monitoring: Keep our ATM fleet operational and address any issues promptly to ensure seamless service for our members.
  • Branch Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Administrative and Operational Support: Assist with various programs and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Leadership and Support: Step in as the team lead when the Manager is absent and support special projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; a two-year college degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a financial services environment, with a focus on operations, facilities management, and quality control. Experience with card management, IRAs, records retention, and/or remote deposit capture processes desired.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Windows applications (Microsoft 365 and Teams).
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Credit Union operations, policies, and procedures. Familiarity with facilities management and compliance requirements.

SENIOR TELLER (Full-Time)

As a Senior Teller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of teller and member service functions behind the teller line. Responsibilities include overseeing the balancing of cash vaults, ATMs, and night depository; resolving complex member service issues; and supporting the Teller staff. This role involves providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and cash advances. Additionally, focusing on operational efficiency is key, ensuring processes are streamlined and effective to support the overall performance of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teller Functions: Ensure teller functions are performed correctly and securely, coordinate teller operations, and assist with complex transactions.
  • Member Service: Implement the Credit Union’s strategic growth plan, perform member service functions, and resolve member bookkeeping and checking account problems.
  • Professional Relationships: Promote “financial peace of mind through trusted relationships,” support Credit Union initiatives, and maintain the Credit Union’s professional reputation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; two-year college degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • 2 – 5 years of similar or related experience as a Teller at a full-service financial institution (credit union preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and with confidence.
  • Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in using PCs with Windows applications (Microsoft 365 and Teams).

As an Operations Specialist, you'll oversee our Debit Card, Credit Card, and IRA Programs, ensuring quality and compliance across various support functions. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate account files, correcting errors, and providing top-notch service to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Membership and Document Management – Audit and review membership documentation, handle deceased member accounts, and ensure compliance with identification policies.
  • Debit and Credit Card Programs – Manage all card operations, resolve member inquiries, monitor inventory, and oversee the Card@Once instant issue program.
  • IRA Program – Maintain IRA files, audit transactions, process distributions, and complete IRS reporting.
  • Administrative and Operational Support – Process Remote Deposit Capture deposits, manage ATM uptime, handle escheatment of abandoned accounts, and maintain records.

What We're Looking For
