What happens if my mobile device is lost or stolen? 

Please call us at 804.266.0290 to place a fraud alert on your membership. Additionally, please login to Henrico FCU Digital Banking and change your password and security questions.

Will my username be the same on the app and Digital Banking? 

Yes. Your username and password on the Mobile Banking App is the same username and password you use to login to Digital Banking.

Can I pay bills using the mobile app? 

Yes, Henrico FCU Bill Pay is available in Mobile Banking. Log in to the app and select Bill Pay from the menu. Follow the instructions to add, edit, or delete payees, pay bills, or view your bill pay history.
