To begin using mobile banking, follow these 3 easy steps.
Visit Henrico FCU Internet Banking. Create a username and password. Select and answer your security questions.
*If you currently use Henrico FCU Internet Banking, skip to Step 2.
Download the Henrico FCU app from the App Store or the Google Pay Store.
Open the app and log in with the same username and password you use to access Henrico FCU Internet Banking.
Please call us at 804-266-0290 to place a fraud alert on your membership. Additionally, please login to Henrico FCU Internet Banking and change your password and security questions.
Yes. Once you login to the app, select the Transfers option from the dropdown menu. Click on Transfer to Other Member and follow the instructions provided on the screen.
Yes. Your username and password on the Mobile Banking App is the same username and password you use to login to Internet Banking.
Yes, Henrico FCU Bill Pay is available in Mobile Banking. Login to the app and select Bill Pay from the dropdown menu. Follow the intsructions to add, edit, or delete payees, pay bills, or view your bill pay history.
Yes! You can call us with additional questions at 804-266-0290 and select the Mobile Banking prompt.
