MARKETING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and service driven Marketing and Community Development Representative to perform a variety of administrative and community development initiatives at Henrico Federal Credit Union while providing our members with “financial peace of mind through trusted relationships.” Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this individual will execute promotional efforts, review promotional copy, assist with social media and participate in community development events.

The successful candidate must possess high verbal and written communication skills including public speaking with the ability to articulate clearly and with confidence. Considerable skill in dealing tactfully, professionally and courteously with members, potential members, public and staff. Strong active listening and service orientation. Able to promote the use of credit union products and services in an open and friendly manner. Candidate must have great attention to detail to perform a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Someone who is detailed-oriented and a self-starter with the ability to exercise good reasoning and independent judgment.

MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking an energetic Member Service Representative (MSR) with an outstanding positive and flexible attitude, enthusiasm for building member relations and strong multi-tasking and verbal communication skills for our Laburnum location.

MSRs create an exceptional first impression to our members and potential members. Duties include welcoming members in person and by phone, directing members in a friendly, professional manner based on their specific needs, providing general Credit Union information, opening deposit accounts, entering and updating member information, performing financial transactions as well as a variety of other functions related to Credit Union operations.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy communicating with people. Relationship building skills are a plus. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional member service, including needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluation of member satisfaction is desired. Ability to promote use of credit union products and services in an open and friendly manner is required. A great internal service commitment and ability to work well within a team-focused environment is also required. Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Candidate must have great attention to detail to perform a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
