ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a proactive and service-driven professional to assist in the overall daily operations of our DSCR Branch. The Assistant Branch Manager aids the Branch Manager in ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service and growth plans.

The successful candidate should have:

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and services and thorough knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and practices;

• Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with a positive and flexible attitude;

• Enjoy communicating with people and demonstrated relationship building skills;

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional member service, including needs assessment, meeting quality service standards and member satisfaction;

• Ability to articulate clearly and with confidence to promote use of products and services in an open and friendly manner;

• Well-organized, accurate and attentive to detail to perform a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency;

• Strong analytical and financial skills, capable of making quality, independent judgements;

• Ability to perform with a significant level of trust, using professional discretion and diplomacy; and

• A great internal service commitment and ability to work well within a team-focused environment, while promoting positive work relations.

A two-year college degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, business or a related field and two years of sales or lending experience (five years preferred) in a financial services environment (credit union, preferred) required; previous management or supervisory experience desired; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
