CONTACT CENTER FINANCIAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a Contact Center Financial Service Representatives for our Contact Center located at our West Broad branch to assist members with a broad variety of member service functions through multiple delivery channels, including (but not limited to) opening accounts; actively cross-selling services; answering members’ questions; and performing account maintenance. Conducts in-depth member financial interviews. Serves members promptly and professionally. Provides exceptional service by processing members' financial transactions with accuracy and offering solutions to meet their financial needs. Positive and flexible attitude, enthusiasm for multi-tasking, and strong verbal communication skills are required.

The successful candidate should have a comprehensive knowledge of Credit Union products and services and working knowledge of policies, procedures, and practices. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Candidate must enjoy communicating with people and demonstrated relationship building skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and with confidence are a must. A great internal service commitment and ability to work well within a team-focused environment is also required. Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Candidate must have great attention to detail to perform a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency. A positive and flexible attitude and enthusiasm for multi-tasking are also required.

Completion of high school education (or equivalent) and at least two years of similar or related experience in sales or lending in a financial services environment (or a similar retail services environment) is required; previous call center experience is preferred; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

BRANCH MANAGER (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a proactive and service-driven professional to lead the daily operations of our new Short Pump branch (opening in Spring 2018) while providing our members with “financial peace of mind through flexible relationships.”

Branch Managers must possess a good working knowledge of all facets of credit union operations (or a similar financial services setting), including familiarity with principles and practices for the effective operations of a branch and comprehensive knowledge of products and services, policies and procedures, rules and regulations, security procedures and accounting / financial administration.

The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional member service skills with a highly positive, flexible, service-oriented attitude to anticipate member needs and initiate assistance beyond duties assigned. Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services for the betterment of the member’s financial well-being. Provide informed, professional and accurate service and support. Effective, well-developed communication and organizational skills, using tact and persuasiveness, are required. Ability to articulate clearly and with confidence, considerable skill in dealing tactfully and courteously with the public, along with strong active listening and service skills is a must. Ability to calculate figures, apply concepts of basic business math and knowledge of basic record keeping, general clerical functions, office policies and practices, and computer skills are required. Ability to enthusiastically handle a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team are required. Actively promotes an environment where Credit Union policies and procedures are carefully followed. Must be detailed-oriented, organized, dependable, honest, ethical and confidential in nature.

Completion of high school education (or equivalent) and a minimum of three years financial sales or lending experience and previous management or supervisor experience is required; college degree and/or five years of previous experience is preferred; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
